Spaces was piloted with real startup teams who were looking for guidance but drowning in scattered advice, random introductions, and too many tools. The product existed, but it wasn’t landing. Engagement was inconsistent, and founders weren’t getting the clarity they needed.
I led research first — spending time with founders and program leads to understand where things were breaking down. From there, I shaped the strategy and UX that became Spaces.
We restructured the experience around focused spaces tied to real challenges and growth stages. Each space had a clear purpose, visible ownership, and a reason to exist. The goal was simple: help founders meet the right people and focus on what mattered next.
AI supported the system where it made sense — summarizing discussions, surfacing relevant connections, and reducing coordination overhead. Nothing flashy. Just useful.
The result was a clearer internal platform that reduced noise, improved connection quality, and helped early-stage teams move forward with more intention.
Made it easier for founders to meet the right people and focus on what mattered next.

The UI was intentionally simple — clear hierarchy, minimal navigation, and focused actions so people could quickly view context, join the right conversations, and bring others in.
