I drove strategy, taxonomy, and experience design to establish new baselines across their enterprise CMS. As the liaison between Product, Content, Engineering, and Sales, we defined a modern user experience to scale operations, tailor training, streamline content production, and integrate AI to accelerate sales readiness.
